Most initial sessions last about one hour or so. That gives us the opportunity to meet you, find out what your dispute involves, and then formulating and schedule to help get your case resolved as soon as possible.
Divorce or civil mediation is most efficient when you come to your mediation session prepared with some basic information. The better informed you are about your divorce (e.g., assets, liabilities, children's schedules) or civil case (contract, lease agreement, etc.), and your goals for the outcome of your situation, the more progress we can make in your mediation session.
It's not necessary to fill out each of these forms before your first appointment, but using them may help you get organized so that you can make the most of your time during your mediation sessions.
